RecStudio ("we", "us") provides a browser-based screen recording tool. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
• Account info: the email address and password you provide when signing up (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Recordings: if you choose to save a recording to your account, the video file and basic metadata (duration, size, timestamp) are stored on our server.
• Screen recording, trimming, and blurring happen locally in your browser — nothing is sent to our server unless you explicitly click "Save to account."
We use your account info to let you log in and access your saved recordings. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required by law.
You can delete your saved recordings or request account deletion at any time by contacting us at helpdeskzone360@gmail.com.
By using RecStudio, you agree to the following:
• You're responsible for the content you record — including making sure you have the right to record it and blurring/removing any sensitive or third-party information as needed.
• You won't use the service to record or store illegal content, or content that violates others' privacy or rights.
• We provide the service "as is" without warranties; we're not liable for lost recordings, downtime, or damages arising from use of the service.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service (e.g. excessive storage abuse).
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
